Submit your research for the 49th Annual Conference of ASI Kerala Chapter

Submission Guidelines

Abstract Format

  • Paper:
    • Max 300 words, 10 slides
    • Must include: Aims & Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Poster:
    • Max 8 slides
  • Use PowerPoint (16:9) & Times New Roman
  • Title in CAPITAL LETTERS
  • Font size 12, single spacing
  • Diagrams, tables, and images allowed
  • “Results will be discussed” will not be accepted

General Instructions (Applicable to All)

Last Date: 1 May 2026
  • Presenting author must be an ASI member
  • Only one submission per presenter for each category
  • KASICON 2026 registration is mandatory
  • Scientific Committee may assign to any session
  • Covering letter must include:
    • Declaration of originality
    • ASI membership number
    • Bonafide certificate from HOD
  • Upload to www.kasicon2026.com:
    • Abstract / Poster
    • Covering letter
    • Proof of registration

Paper Presentation

  • All submissions will be acknowledged
  • Incomplete submissions will be notified early
  • Only compliant papers will be considered
  • May be converted to poster presentation
  • Decision of committee is final
  • Authors will be informed of presentation category
  • Presentation: 5 min + 2 min discussion

Top 5 papers will be selected for this prestigious session.

Poster Presentation

  • All submissions will be acknowledged
  • Only complete submissions will be considered
  • Committee may reject posters based on merit
  • Decision of committee is final
  • Accepted presenters will be notified a day before the event.

Poster Session Details

  • Total 8 stations
  • 1 judge per station per hour
  • Each session: 12 presentations per station
  • Presentation format:
    • 3 min presentation
    • 2 min discussion
  • 1 poster per station → competition round
  • Top 3 posters will be awarded
